Service Description

Exclusive secure paddock hire for 50 minutes (£8). Starts on the hour from 8:00am, with the final start at 5:00pm. Weekdays are closed from 11:00am to 1:00pm; weekends remain open during these hours. Paddock 2 is available every day; Paddock 6 is available at weekends. Each booking is subject to availability and online payment. A minimum 10-minute changeover is reserved after every hire. Please leave by your booked end time; the changeover is not extra field time.

Cancellation Policy

SECURE FIELD HIRE – PLEASE READ BEFORE YOUR VISIT • Use only the paddock shown on your booking. Your 30- or 50-minute session includes entering, gathering your dogs and leaving. Be out of the paddock and clear of its entrance by your booked end time. • We leave at least 10 minutes between hires in the same paddock so dogs can leave safely. This changeover is not extra exercise time. Do not enter early or stay late. • If you arrive early, wait safely in your vehicle with your dogs until your start time and until the previous dogs and owners have completely cleared the entrance. Never approach another dog, its vehicle or the gate while someone is leaving; some dogs may be reactive. If the paddock is still occupied at your start time, contact us rather than entering. • Keep dogs on leads in the car park and everywhere outside your booked paddock. Close and secure all gates before releasing your dogs. Put leads back on before opening the exit gate, and leave gates securely closed. • Bring poo bags and pick up after your dogs immediately. Use the designated waste bins where provided; otherwise take bagged waste home. Remove all litter, toys and belongings. • Supervise your dogs and any children throughout the visit. Check gates and fencing before letting dogs off lead. Prevent digging, damage and dogs approaching or provoking dogs in neighbouring paddocks. • Please do not bring a dog that is unwell or may be infectious. Tell us promptly about damaged fencing, faulty gates, holes, hazards or an incident. Stop using an unsafe area and contact us. Thank you for helping every dog enjoy a safe, relaxed visit.
